Sandy Evans Levine is President of Advice Unlimited, a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) public relations/marketing communications firm that specializes in serving government agencies and those companies that sell to the government, providing focused, proactive public relations/marketing to build brand awareness and understanding of organizations among their target audiences. Wholly owned by Sandy Evans Levine, Advice Unlimited works with government organizations, including the Intelligence Community, to create and implement internal and external strategic marketing communications plans, integrating new and traditional marketing channels to maximize impact. Ms. Levine holds TS clearance with the Intelligence Community.

Prior to founding Advice Unlimited, Ms. Levine worked as a journalist at several leading national publications. She received her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Georgia, and has won numerous awards including Best Newspaper Award from the Georgia Press Association, a Reader's Digest Grant while a college student, and the Arthur Young/Venture Magazine Entrepreneur's Award in 1988, for her success at founding and building Advice Unlimited. She was an active leader in the Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), and she serves as Vice Chairman, Secretary, for USO of Metropolitan Washington.
