    EMC Corp. has won a four-year, $22 million task order contract to provide support and development services to the U.S. Air Force.

    These services will support instrumentation loading, integration, analysis and display, enterprise test data management system, Odyssey, and supplies to Air Force test customers.

    Work will take place in Irvine, Calif., and is expected to be completed April 2, 2017.

    SRA nabs $18M CDC contact for IT services

    SRA International has won a three-year, $18 million contract to provide IT support services to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Office of Infectious Diseases.

    Under the contract, SRA will support the management and integration of the office’s Laboratory Information Management System, the company said in a release.

    Work under the contract will cover all phases of the system's software development lifecycle, SRA said.

    The Laboratory Information Management System is a configurable system for tracking clinical specimens, ordering tests, and reviewing and releasing results.

    NAVMAR Applied Sciences gets $17M order for technical services

    NAVMAR Applied Sciences has won a $17 million order for engineering, integration, and other services for the ongoing development of sensors and systems in support of the Special Operations Command’s naval aviation missions.

    Under the cost-plus-fixed-fee order, the company will provide engineering, integration, system maintenance/repair services and training, according to a Defense Department announcement.

    Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pa., and is expected to be completed by March 2015.

    Roughly $7.1 million in funds will be obligated at the time of the award, and $4.4 million will expire at the end of fiscal 2013.
