To ensure the success of the project, Karta tested the courseware in its in-house usability lab. HUD employees visited Karta at various stages in the development process to test the courseware for functionality, effectiveness, and ease of use. Using the feedback from test subjects, Karta was able to modify the courseware to accommodate the needs of the end user population and provide a more effective product.
