Major contracts/projects:Karta''s Training Solutions division developed a Web-based, e-learning course for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The course was designed as a comprehensive, interactive solution to help HUD IT project managers manage their projects from concept to completion. To ensure the success of the project, Karta tested the courseware in its in-house usability lab. HUD employees visited Karta at various stages in the development process to test the courseware for functionality, effectiveness, and ease of use. Using the feedback from test subjects, Karta was able to modify the courseware to accommodate the needs of the end user population and provide a more effective product.
