Markon wins $4M Navy contract for workforce planning

Markon Solutions has won a potentially $4 million contract to provide the Navy with strategic workforce planning and program management.

Under the contract, the company will provide Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System policy and program management, strategic workforce planning and analysis,

The company will also provide classification and staffing specialist support, talent development support, and staff manpower and development, Markon said in a release.

Work is expected to wrap up in 2018.
