Lockheed Martin wins $6.7M contract mod to continue support of C2 operations suite

Lockheed Martin has won a $6.7 million contract modification to continue its support of the Air Force’s Air Tasking Order Management System.

The Air Tasking Order Management System allows commanders to plan, organize and direct joint U.S. air operations and includes an updated command and control air operations suite, according to AFCEA.

Under the contract, Lockheed will provide changes within the Air Tasking Order Management System to maintain legacy compatibility within the command and control air operations – command and control information services suite, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colo., and is expected to be completed Sept. 30, 2016.
