Amherst Systems nabs $9.1M contract to support electronic warfare facility

Amherst Systems has won a $9.1 million contract to provide engineering services to support the Air Force’s Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility Simulation Network.

Amherst Systems has won a $9.1 million contract to provide engineering services to support the Air Force’s Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility Simulation Network.

The Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility tests critical components, subsystems and systems for compatibility and performance.

Under the contract, the company will provide on-site engineering support, off-site engineering support, over and above repairs, simulator upgrades, and cost reimbursable material and travel to support the engineering services. 

Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., and is expected to be completed September 2020.
