Centerra-Parsons wins $62.1M option for base operations support

Centerra-Parsons Pacific has won a $62.1 million option to provide base operations support services at Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia.

This option brings the total value of the contract to $237.9 million, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work under the option will include management and administration services, information technology, telecommunications, facilities support and equipment.

Work will be performed in Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory and is expected to be completed in August 2016.
