Splunk finds new VP, public sector

Splunk has named Kevin Davis vice president of the company’s public sector business.

Davis was most recently acting vice president of Public Sector. Before that, he was area vice president for the company’s defense business.

Before joining Splunk in October 2014, Davis held a number of positions of at Oracle and Macromedia.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
