ICF International appoints new VP, business line leader

ICF International has named Randy Rutledge vice president and business line leader for the company’s newly reorganized public health systems team.

ICF International has named Randy Rutledge vice president and business line leader for the company’s newly reorganized public health systems team.

She joins ICF from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she worked as an IT senior project manager.

Rutledge will bring her more than 20 years of commercial and government experience in IT planning, development and management to her new role, the company said in a release.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Mercer University and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
