The Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation exists to help other federal agencies solve problems through the use of existing and emerging open innovation tools and platforms.

Under the contract, the companies will provide software, design, content development, data storage, integration and training to help the center meet its mission. The companies may also be tapped to deploy and integrate the software-based solutions that they create, according to FedBizOpps.
