  • KBR
  • RMS
  • PAE-Perini
  • URS
  • DynCorp International

The AFCAP program is a rapid response contingency contract tool that utilizes pre-qualified vendors accessible via cost reimbursement task orders and provides solutions to meet urgent needs, according to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center.

Under the contract, the companies will provide life and operating support and logistical support on an as-required basis to support AFCAP programs, the Defense Department said in a release.

Ten companies competed for a spot on this contract.
