ORI taps cofounder as president, brings on new VP

ORI has named cofounder Susan Lynd president and has also appointed Lesley Boucher vice president of consulting and customer experience.

The announcements come at the same time as the company announced a strategic alliance with Pensare Group, which will allow ORI to offer customer experience solutions focused on connecting customer data to decision making, and decision making to increased engagement, the company said.

Boucher comes to ORI from the Pensare Group. In her new role, she will leverage ORI’s business intelligence services to help clients grow.
