CACI International has won a $159 million contract to develop and implement the Army’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A).

IPPS-A is a web-based system that will standardize, streamline, and integrate soldier personnel and pay processes and data across all Army components, including active Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve.

CACI will provide development and implementation support to replace the Army’s legacy systems and improve Army personnel and pay operations, the company said in a release.

The contract has been the subject of a couple of bid protests from IBM, which has battled CACI for the contract.
