LCG wins $4.9M contract to provide IT, help desk services

LCG has won a $4.9 million contract to provide IT infrastructure services to the National Institute of General Medical Sciences.

The National Institute of General Medical Sciences supports research that increases the understanding of biological processes and lays the foundation for advances in disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention.

Under the contract, LCG will provide comprehensive IT infrastructure and help desk support services for almost all phases of the institute’s IT operations, which ranges from servers and switches to desktops and mobile devices, the company said in a release.
