Avarint wins $83.7M contract to provide electronic warfare simulation system

Avarint LLC has won an $83.7 million contract to provide the Air Force with an electronic warfare simulation system.

Avarint LLC has won an $83.7 million contract to provide the Air Force with an electronic warfare simulation system.

Called Virtual Integrated Electronic Warfare Simulations (VIEWS) II, the system is suitable for test and evaluation of advanced sensor, fused system performance.

The VIEWS II will keep pace with advances in technology and new employment concepts, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Buffalo, N.Y., and at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., and is expected to be completed March 26, 2020.
