Acentia names new VP for health IT

Acentia has named John Dorman vice president of its defense health solutions group.

In his new role, Dorman will focus on customer solution and program delivery as well as expanding and growing Acentia’s Defense Health Agency work.

Previous positions that Dorman has held have been at Lockheed Martin, the Agriculture Department and Planned Systems International.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Maryland University College and a master’s degree in computer science from The George Washington University.
