Leidos wins $12M contract to support Air Force Lifecycle Management Center

Leidos has won a $12 million contract to provide software solutions to the Air Force’s Unit Command and Control.

Leidos has won a $12 million contract to provide software solutions to the Air Force’s Unit Command and Control.

The contract was awarded by the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, which in a release Leidos said was the single center responsible for total life-cycle management of Air Force weapon systems.

Under the contract, the company will develop a software-only capability that meets the legacy requirements and provides improvements to the user interface and operational capability using Agile development processes. 

Work will be performed in Morgantown, W.V., and Reston, Va.
