CACI-Athena Inc. wins contract to support U.S. Special Operations Command

CACI-Athena Inc. has won a $38.4 million contract to support the U.S. Special Operations Command.

CACI-Athena Inc. has won a $38.4 million contract to support the U.S. Special Operations Command.

CACI-Athena Inc. offers products and services for national security issues to local, state and federal governments, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. The company also supports security operations of corporations and businesses both inside and outside the United States.

Under the contract, the company will provide joint geospatial analytical support services in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command.

Work is expected to wrap up in December 2015.

Five companies bid on this contract, according to the Defense Department.
