Information Systems Worldwide Corp. to support Air Force software, hardware

Information Systems Worldwide Corp. has won a $9.8 million contract to support Air Force software and hardware.

Information Systems Worldwide Corp. has won a $9.8 million contract to support Air Force software and hardware.

All of the work under the contract will help the Air Force extract features from open source information available via various platforms, mobile devices and applications, the Defense Department said in a release.

The work will also help the agency develop prototypes to correlate all data collected with existing mission data, the Defense Department said.

Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by April 5, 2017.

Thirty-eight bids were placed on this contract.
