ICF captures $12M contract to support CDC program

ICF International has won a $12 million contract to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s BioSense Program.

BioSense is the CDC’s cloud-based public health surveillance system that increases the ability of health officials at local, state and national levels to monitor and respond to harmful health effects of exposure to disease or hazardous conditions, the company said in a release.

ICF will work to produce a standardized system requirements and program design concepts for revisions to the program.

Services are to include surveillance expertise, information management and technology services, and data management and analytics support.
