ORI wins task orders worth $22M for employee data collection

ORI has won three task orders worth $22 million for monthly collection of Bureau of Labor Statistics employment data.

The task orders were awarded under a $150 million blanket purchase agreement that ORI won with the Labor Department in July 2013.

Under the orders, ORI will have expanded data collection responsibilities to include four current employment statistics data collection centers. More than 400 employees are involved in these data collection efforts, the company said in a release.

“Our increased responsibilities let us provide the BLS with the technology and data they need to accurately report developments in the nation’s economic conditions upon which so many public and private organizations depend,” said ORI president Kathleen Benson.
