Leidos supports HIV/AIDs prevention under $14M DoD contract

Leidos has won a $14 million contract to support Defense Department HIV/AIDS prevention programs.

Leidos has won a $14 million contract to support Defense Department HIV/AIDS prevention programs.

Under the contract, Leidos will assist in the establishment of HIV/AIDS-specific policies for foreign military personnel, train these foreign military personnel to implement, maintain and evaluate prevention and develop treatment and clinical management programs.

Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to wrap up around September 2015, or September 2019 with options.
