Booz Allen captures $43.3M Saudi Army contract

Booz Allen Hamilton has won a $43.3 million contract with the Army to provide support for the land forces in Saudi Arabia.

Booz Allen Hamilton has won a $43.3 million contract with the Army to provide support for the land forces in Saudi Arabia.

Under the contract, Booz Allen will provide consulting, intensive management, logistics support and contracting support to the country from within the United States, the Defense Department said in a release.

The contract also sets up an office in Saudi Arabia for local purchasing to sustain the fleet of Abrams tanks that the country has acquired through the foreign military exchange program, the Defense Department said.

Work is expected to wrap up on Sept. 8, 2017.
