DLT Solutions has won a $40 million blanket purchase agreement to provide Red Hat software and services to the Defense Information Systems Agency.

DLT Solutions has won a $40 million blanket purchase agreement to provide Red Hat software and services to the Defense Information Systems Agency.

The blanket purchase agreement, which is part of the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative, will provide open source software and services from Red Hat to both the defense and intelligence communities.

Software to be provided through the BPA includes Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, Red Hat JBoss Middleware, Red Hat Storage, and certain Red Hat Cloud offerings, DLT Solutions said in a release.

The company has provided Red Hat software to the defense and intelligence communities through the predecessor contracts to this BPA. This win was a successful recompete, DLT Solutions.
