Virginia cyber accelerator program names six companies to Fall 2014 session

Mach37, Virginia’s recently launched cyber accelerator, just named six companies to be part of its Fall 2014 session for cybersecurity startups.

Mach37, Virginia’s recently launched cyber accelerator, just named six companies to be part of its Fall 2014 session for cybersecurity startups.

Launched in September 2013, the MACH37 program is a public-private and market-centric cybersecurity accelerator located in Herndon, Va., at the Center of Innovative Technology.

The six companies who made the cut are:

  • BiJoTi
  • CypherChat
  • iAspire
  • SecureDB
  • Syncurity Networks
  • Virgil Security

The program is comprised of two 90-day sessions per year. Upon entry, companies receive an investment from the CIT GAP fund. Then, if they are able to successfully pitch a demo idea to private investors, these companies receive a second investment at the end.
