American Systems taps new VP, director of organizational development directorate

American Systems Corp. has tapped John Dyer to be vice president and director of organizational development/knowledge management, where he will work toward the company’s business development, financial management and workforce management goals.

In his new role, Dyer will identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as execute programs within the organizational development/knowledge management directorate in the company’s Human Capital & Managed Services offering, the company said in a release.

Dyer joins American Systems from Baronian Consulting Group, where he served as CEO. He has held senior positions at Digicon Corp. and The CAN Corp.
