Novetta Solutions LLC, the fast growing intelligence company owned by Arlington Capital Partners, has made its second acquisition in less than a month with a deal to acquire a digital signal processing and intelligence analysis firm.

The deal for SigInt Technologies LLC brings Novetta new technical capabilities as it continues to build its capabilities in advanced analytics for the intelligence community.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. It comes just over two weeks since the deal for Global News Intelligence, an open source analytics company.

SigInt will be integrated into Novetta’s Cyber SIGINT and Discovery Division, based in Columbia, Md. John Skordas leads that group.

“SigInt brings a great community of engineers and a toolkit of unique [digital signal processing] capabilities that complement our growing business at Fort Meade,” Skordas said in a company statement.

According to its website, SigInt has solutions and services around signals intelligence, training and intelligence analysis. The company was founded in 2005.

The McLean Group served as an advisor to SigInt in the sale.

Novetta was created in 2012 when Arlington Capital acquired FGM Inc. and merged it into one of its portfolio companies, White Oak Technologies.

Since then, the company has made four acquisitions: It acquired International Biometric Group in 2012, White Cliffs Consulting in 2013, and now SigInt and Global News Intelligence in 2014.
