Summit taps new CFO

Summit has named Antoinette Merrill chief financial officer.

Summit has named Antoinette Merrill chief financial officer, where she will oversee the company’s financial operatins, including projections and analysis of budgets, leading teams, and overseeing financial resources.

Merrill joins Summit from Dougherty & Associates, where she served as CFO and vice president. She also once served as the controller at the IT services firm InterImage.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, and an MBA from George Mason University.
