Dovel Technologies wins $7.5M task order to support SEC

Dovel Technologies has won a $7.5 million task order to support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Information Technology.

Dovel Technologies has won a $7.5 million task order to support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Information Technology.

Under the task order, Dovel will leverage the Oracle suite of products to design, develop and implement a new electronic filing for administrative proceedings system for the Office of the Secretary to allow internal and external parties to electronically file documents.

The system will also allow the Office of the Secretary staff to electronically docket and serve orders and notices, and allow administrative law judge to receive data from respondents, staff, and self-regulatory organizations, the company said in a release.

Last week, the company expanded its health IT expertise through the acquisition of RNSolutions.
