Raytheon Oakley Systems received a $4.7 million task order from the State Department for continued support of the Raytheon InnerView software.

The task order was a sole-source award because of proprietary information needed to continue operation of the InnerView security monitoring infrastructure required to support mission-critical systems.

Raytheon Oakley will manage, maintain, and enhance the State Department’s systems while developing and setting up enhanced security features designed to minimize network vulnerability to intrusion.

The work is based on a department mandate for a proactive cyber threat management capability that increases the security classified networks and information.

The State Department announced the award April 15.
