NCI wins $19.4M task order to support Army engineering directorate

NCI Inc. has won a $19.4 million task order to support the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command, Fort Detrick, Md., Engineering Directorate.

This task order was awarded under the Army’s Total Engineering and Information Systems III contract, or TEIS III, which was awarded in March 2011.

Under the contract, NCI will provide IT services to engineer, furnish, install, and test the extension and upgrade of wired and wireless local area networks at U.S. Army medical treatment facilities and associated outlying facilities in locations both inside and outside the United States, the company said in a release.

“This is NCI’s fifth award under this program since December 2011 and a key component of our support to USAISEC on the TEIS contract,” said NCI president Brian J. Clark.
