Engility nabs $36.6M Navy contract for systems integration

Engility has won a $36.6 million contract to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Software Engineering and Acquisition Management Division.

Engility has won a $36.6 million contract to provide systems engineering and technical services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Software Engineering and Acquisition Management Division.

The contract will support the U.S. government, but also the governments of Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Japan, Norway, Pakistan, South Korea, and Thailand.

Under the contract, Engility will provide systems integration and software development, platform simulation, integration and laboratory engineering, and software engineering, according to the Defense Department.

Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed by January 2015.
