QUALX Corp. wins $9M contract to convert paper-based records to electronic

QUALX Corp. has won an $8.9 million contract to convert the Washington Headquarters Services’ record management system from being paper-based to being electronic.

Under the contract, QUALX will provide records management support services, including development of governance strategy and document conversion from paper-based to electronic enterprise content management, the Defense Department said.

Work will be performed in Vienna, Va., Arlington, Va., Alexandria, Va., and College Park, Md., and is expected to be completed by March 16, 2017.
