Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Chicago, Ill.-based CITYTECH specializes in enterprise applications development, web experience management, mobile application development, cloud enablement, managed services and customer experience management solutions. The company is a leading partner with Adobe.
The company had $16 million in annual revenues and 100 employees in fiscal 2013.
CITYTECH complements ICF Interactive, a service offering from ICF, which combines user experience, creative services, systems integration, marketing, and e-commerce services into an integrated suite of capabilities designed to meet commercial and government clients’ digital and interactive business needs, the company said in a release.
Squire Sanders provided ICF with legal counsel, and PricewaterhouseCoopers conducted financial and tax due diligence. For CITYTECH, Polsinelli served as legal counsel, and Corum Group was financial advisor, ICF said.
