The Defense Health Agency needs program management and product support as it implements Military Health System governance reforms.

DHA must assume responsibility for shared services, functions, and activities of the MHS and other common clinical and business processes. It’s in need of advice, guidance, and consulting for management initiatives, analysis, training, documents, and implementation and evaluation efforts.

For product support, DHA is seeking services for concept exploration and development, system and integration, commercial off-the-shelf procurement and integration, internal development testing, and maintenance.

The DHA supports the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high quality health services throughout the Military Health System. It executes the Defense Department’s medical mission, manages the execution of policy, and serves as the program manager for TRICARE health and medical resources.

The request for information was released March 12.
