SelectTech wins $7.7M contract for engineering technical support

SelectTech Services Corp. has won a $7.7 million contract to provide the Air Force with engineering technical support services.

SelectTech Services Corp. has won a $7.7 million contract to provide the Air Force with engineering technical support services.

The contract calls for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance and fabrication of experimental processing and test equipment.

The technical support will consist of preventive and remedial maintenance, inspection, modification, overhaul, fabrication, repair, calibration, certification and transport of experimental/test equipment, and laboratory instrumentation, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 28, 2015. 

Funding in the amount of $111,000 is obligated at the time of the award.
