SPA taps new president and CEO
Systems Planning and Analysis has tapped Kirkland Donald to be its new president and CEO.
Systems Planning and Analysis Inc. has named Kirkland Donald president and CEO, effective Jan. 6, 2014.
Donald is a retired Navy admiral, and joined the company in June 2013 after 37 years of service with the Navy.
Phillip Lantz, SPA founder, will continue as chairman of the board.
