Alion taps new general counsel
Alion Science and Technology has named Kevin Boyle general counsel, where he will support the company’s worldwide growth strategy as well as corporate governance and ethics initiatives.
Alion Science and Technology has named Kevin Boyle general counsel, where he will support the company’s worldwide growth strategy as well as corporate governance and ethics initiatives.
Boyle joins Alion from MCR LLC, where he served as general counsel. He has also served in this role at Vangent Inc. and General Dynamics.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, and a juris doctor from Tulane Law School.
