SURVICE Engineering Co. has won a $42.1 million contract with the Air Force to collect, analyze, synthesize/process and disseminate scientific and technical information.

SURVICE Engineering Co. has won a $42.1 million contract with the Air Force to collect, analyze, synthesize/process and disseminate scientific and technical information.

All work is in support of the Defense Technical Information Center, or DTIC.

DTIC has served the information needs of the Defense community for more than 65 years, reporting to the Assistant Secretary of the Defense for Research and Engineering ASD.

The center’s mission is to provide essential, technical research, development, testing and evaluation information rapidly, accurately and reliably to support its Defense customers’ needs, according to the DTIC website.

Work will be performed worldwide, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2019.
