Northrop taps new VP, corporate contracts, pricing, supply chain

Northrop Grumman has named Harry Q.H. Lee II vice president, corporate contracts, pricing and supply chain, where he have responsibility for the company’s risk review process and development of companywide contracts and pricing policy, direction and training.

Northrop Grumman has named Harry Q.H. Lee II vice president of corporate contracts, pricing and supply chain, where he have responsibility for the company’s risk review process and development of companywide contracts and pricing policy, direction and training.

In his new role, Lee will report to James Palmer, corporate vice president and chief financial officer.

Lee will also be in charge of developing and implementing companywide supply chain strategies and key processes, including socioeconomic business planning, strategy and compliance relative to its supply chain, Northrop Grumman said in a release.

Lee joined Northrop in 1986 and has held a number of management positions. He most recently served as vice president of contracts, pricing and program business operations for the company’s Aerospace Systems sector.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fresno.
