Aegis Technologies nabs $8.9M fielding, sustainment contract with Navy

Aegis Technologies Group has won an $8.9 million contract with the Navy to provide fielding and sustainment of integrated moving target simulators.

Aegis Technologies Group has won an $8.9 million contract to field and sustain integrated moving target simulators for the U.S. Navy.

The company’s work will support program manager training systems.

Work will be performed in Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station, N.C., and in Camp Pendleton, Calif., and is expected to be completed by June 2014.

Funding in the full amount of the contract was obligated at the time of the award, and will not expire at the end of fiscal 2013.

Three bids were received for this contract.
