Deep Water Point taps former CIA deputy CIO as new partner

Deep Water Point has tapped a former deputy CIO at the CIA and the National Reconnaissance Office to be a new partner for the company.

Deep Water Point has named Jill Tummler Singer as partner, where she will increase the company’s clients pursue contracts with the intelligence community.

Before Deep Water Point, Singer was chief information officer for the National Reconnaissance Office, where she was responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the agency’s strategy for IT management, information assurance and information management, the company said in a release.

Singer served as the deputy CIO at the CIA before working with the National Reconnaissance Office.

She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of West Florida.
