Northrop Grumman taps new HR lead for info systems sector
Milou Carolan to enhance sector culture and work environment

Northrop Grumman has named Milou Carolan vice president, human resources and administration for the company’s Information Systems sector.
In her new role, Carolan will lead the sector’s human resources team, as well as its efforts to enhance the people-focused culture, work environment and leadership capabilities necessary to achieve the sector’s mission, the company said in a release.
Carolan was previously a human resources consultant to public and private clients, among which were the city of Baltimore; Fairfax County, Va.; the state of Tennessee; and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
She was also the vice president, human resources for ACS Government Solutions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and a master’s degree in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
