Catapult Tech hires new senior proposal manager, capture strategist

Ex-CGI Federal vet brings his capture expertist to Catapult

Catapult Technology has named Grant Williams senior proposal manager and capture strategist, where he will manage proposal development for assigned proposals.

He will work with business development directors representing the company’s four divisions to ensure the delivery of winning proposals in a manner that is cost-effective, the company said in a release.

He will also participate in the proposal review process and apply resources to lead important proposals from the capture phase through proposal submission, the company said.

Before Catapult, Williams was proposal manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. He has also held positions related to proposal management at CGI Federal and ManTech International Corp.
