SCI hires new VP of cybersecurity

Recent hire will help company expand cyber capabilities

SCI Consulting Services has hired Captain John Felker as vice president of cybersecurity, in a move to further expand its capabilities in the cybersecurity field.

Felker’s “proactive, cutting-edge approach to cybersecurity issues will help SCI’s customers to enjoy quicker resolutions to cybersecurity threats,” said Lynette Spano, SCI president and CEO.

“Also, his experience in building productive teams and encouraging innovative thinking will be invaluable to SCI and SCI’s customers,” she said.

Felker said that he is confident that the company’s “Dynamic Cyber Defense Model will help SCI and our customers defend against the almost constant cyber-threats that are out there, ensuring that [their customers] can more effectively carry out their missions without interference from the bad actors in the cyber domain.”
