SRA elects new board member

Gottdiener will serve on board's audit, compensation and personnel committies

SRA International has named Charles E. Gottdiener to its board of directors. He will serve on both the board of directors’ audit, and the compensation and personnel committees.

Gottdiener is a managing director for Providence Equity Partners, where he focuses on portfolio operations, SRA said in a release. Providence is the majority owner of SRA.

He also currently serves as a director of Altegrity Inc., Survey Sampling International and Virtual Radiologic.

He has held a number of consulting leadership positions in companies like the Boston Consulting Group, CSC Index and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, SRA said.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.\
