Citrix promotes two to DOD, state and local

Citrix has named two new executives to lead sales at the Defense Department and manage partnerships in the state and local market.

David Smith was promoted director for state and local government. He will build partnerships in that market. Formerly, he was the Defense Department lead.

Mark Neustadt was named sales director for DOD and will lead sales effort in the market. He is a former business development manager for the defense sector at Citrix.
