Pragmatics wins $3.8 ENCORE II order to support budget system

System feeds Air Force budget data to President, Congress

Pragmatics has won a $3.8 million task order from the Defense Information Systems Agency to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition.

The award was made under the ENCORE II multiple-award task order contract.

Under the order, Pragmatics will support the office in operating, maintaining and sustaining its Integrated Budged Documentation and Execution System.

The system is used to develop and compile budgeting information for reporting to various governmental entities, such as the president, Congress, the Defense Department, and the Office of Management and Budget,  Pragmatics said.

Specific services to be provided include program management and administrative support; systems information assurance certification; help desk support training support; maintenance concept support; database administration; maintenance and sustainment support; and software data package development, testing and delivery.

These services will allow the office to achieve its mission of integration programming, budgeting and execution activities affecting Air Force modernization programs, Pragmatics said in a release.
