GDIT to transition three hospitals under task orders worth $100M
Company will be busy over the next 28 months

General Dynamics Information Technology has won three task orders worth $100 million to provide transition services to three military hospitals affiliated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center.
Under the first task order, General Dynamics will relocate and transition a staff of around 1,200 to the new Irwin Army Community Hospital at Fort Riley, which is scheduled to open May 2014.
Under the second task order, the company will launch the new Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning, scheduled to open in November 2014.
Under the third task order, General Dynamics will deliver and install medical, dental and information technology equipment at the Camp Carroll Health and Dental Clinic, and at Camp Humphreys Dental Clinic, both of which are located in South Korea, and are scheduled to open by early 2015.
The period of performance for these three task orders is 28 months.
