TechAmerica taps new chairman of the board

TechAmerica has appointed Dennis Stolkey chairman of its board of directors. He replaces Peter J. Boni, CEO Emeritis of Safeguard Scientifics Inc., who will remain on the board.

Stolkey is currently senior vice president and general manager, Americas, HP Enterprise Services. Prior to that, he ran the public sector business for HP Enterprise Services.

As its chairman, he will set the agenda of the board, which the company said is comprised of members who give strategic guidance and vision to the group.

“Dennis has been a committed member of TechAmerica and the board for a number of years. He has been an active partner in crafting the path forward for TechAmerica and we foresee even more growth under his leadership,” said Shawn Osborne, TechAmerica president and CEO.
